In an industry where customer focus and clarity of service is paramount, it was important for Shropshire-based mystery shopper company, Tern Consultancy, to provide their customers with a website which was easy to find and easy to use.
Heading into the website design market place, Tern Consultancy wanted to find an established local firm that had a track record of creating clean and professional websites; one search on Google and Currier Limited was chosen for the project.
In addition to the current content, Currier Limited were requested to integrate new areas of the website including a private staff and customer area, a section that demonstrated the company's software, a case study section and an area that highlighted the varied market sectors in which Tern Consultancy operate.
During the website development, Currier Limited also advised on content, sourcing appropriate imagery to illustrate the industry sector and recommending keywords and phrases which would assist the website's search engine optimisation.
