Invoice management specialists, Smith Bellerby, have successfully launched online ordering for their clients.
The Shropshire-based company had their website redeveloped in 2005 to incorporate the new Currier Limited content management system (CMS) and to meet the business's changing client requirements.
Smith Bellerby identified a need for online order management and increased customer access.
Currier Limited answered the brief by altering the newly developed CMS to incorporate a client section to the site. Smith Bellerby's clients can now log onto the company catalogue and place orders as well as view the progress of existing orders.
This development has already had an impact on the company's success, securing them further business by offering increased customer interaction.
